REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the website simbee.store and is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Simple Connect LLC (“Simple Connect”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

  1. DIGITAL SERVICES

Simple Connect provides digital eSIM-based mobile data services. All products sold are digital services delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

  1. FINAL SALES

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final. Once an eSIM has been delivered or activated, refunds are not guaranteed.

  1. ELIGIBLE REFUND EXCEPTIONS

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

a) Non-delivery of the purchased eSIM or activation details
b) Technical failure solely attributable to SIMBEE that prevents the Service from being provided

Refunds will not be granted for:
– device incompatibility
– user installation errors
– network coverage limitations
– third-party carrier performance issues
– changes in travel plans or personal circumstances

  1. REFUND REQUEST PERIOD

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

– the eSIM has been partially used
– the Service has been successfully delivered and activated
– misuse, abuse, or violation of the Terms and Conditions is identified

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

  1. CHARGEBACKS

Users are encouraged to contact Simple Connect support before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of Services or denial of future purchases.
