What is an eSIM?
An eSIM is a digital SIM card built directly into your phone or device.
Unlike a traditional SIM card, there is no physical card to insert or remove.
With an eSIM, you can download a mobile data plan to your phone in just a few minutes by scanning a QR code
How do I activate my eSIM?
Step 1: Check Device Compatibility
Make sure your smartphone supports eSIM and is unlocked (not restricted to one carrier).
Most modern iPhones, Android phones, and tablets support eSIM.
Step 2: Get Your eSIM QR Code
After purchase, you will receive an email with a QR code and activation details.
Keep this email — you will need it during setup.
Step 3: Connect to Wi-Fi
Before installing your eSIM, make sure your device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
This is required to download the eSIM profile.
Step 4: Install the eSIM
On iPhone:
Go to Settings → Cellular / Mobile Data
Tap Add eSIM
Select Use QR Code
Scan the QR code you received
Follow the on-screen instructions
On Android:
Go to Settings → Network & Internet
Tap SIMs or Mobile Network
Select Add eSIM
Scan the QR code
Follow the on-screen instructions
Step 5: Activate Mobile Data
Once installed:
Turn Mobile Data ON
Select the eSIM as your mobile data line
Enable Data Roaming if required (especially when traveling)
Step 6: Start Using Your eSIM
Your eSIM will activate automatically when it connects to a supported network.
You are now connected and ready to go!
